Matildas Active Support (“MAS”) regards privacy as an important part of our relationship with our members, customers and other stakeholders. In order to use the Matildas Active Support website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email. SECURITY POLICY
MAS aims to limit the amount of personal information that we store. We only use third party services that comply with recognised industry standards for storage of personal information and data. MAS uses Stripe and Square payment gateways for our online credit card transactions. These platforms process online credit card transactions for thousands of merchants both in Australia and internationally, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet.
Ecwid
We use Ecwid as a storefront website to collect personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers to fulfil merch orders. Ecwid uses Stripe as a payment processing platform. Ecwid’s parent company is Lightspeed.

We primarily use Stripe as a payment processing platform online. Occasionally we may use Stripe to create a manual invoice.
